We are thrilled to announce the formation of an MBO Management buyout of PEI – Delta Ltd by six existing members of staff, the company has set up an EMI Scheme and the members of the MBO have all been appointed Directors of the Company.
Day-to-day, its business as usual, however over the next couple of years the existing Directors will work closely with the newly appointed Directors, enabling training for their new roles and to facilitate a smooth transition of the company to a successful conclusion to the EMI Scheme.
The Directors wish the new team all the very best in their future endeavours and would all like to thank all the staff for their hard work and assistance going forward.
