A spectacular high-end office environment in the heart of the capital.

High-end office build, Dering Street, London off Oxford Street.  The building was dropped to the ground and rebuilt to create a spectacular high-end office environment in the heart of the capital.  LED lighting, raised access floor, galvanised conduit on bare brickwork, open plan, with an industrial theme.  Incorporating all the difficulties that come with working in the capital including relocation of two high street retailers and one domestic apartment block, air conditioning systems and keeping each one open and working.

Not only carrying out the electrical installation, design, emergency lighting and fire alarm but also initially writing the client’s specification and drawings for submission to enable the project to get the go ahead.
