Part of a team brought in to finish this hotel project after the previous team failed at shell stage. This demanding 18-month contract brought out the best in all the team. Working closely with Hilton and the main contractor the whole project was redesigned in-house by Pei-Delta.
178 bedrooms, media suites, press gallery, golf bar, spa, ballroom, meeting rooms, conference facilities, golf shop, press broadcast rooms and a camera gallery – this hotel had it all.
A 1600-amp incoming supply with essential and non-essential supplies backed up by a generator facility. The whole project build to the Hilton’s exacting standards on this incredibly high spec project. The team designed and installed the full electrical infrastructure lighting, emergency lighting, addressable fire alarm. PA/VA evacuation system, smoke extract, system lighting control system – this hotel had it all.
All integrated into the Ageas Bowl Cricket Ground existing system so as to conform to the ‘Green Guide’ specification. The team are proud to have worked on such a prestigious project for a blue-chip client.
